Bookings, payments & cancellations
- Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. After-hours arrival can be arranged with reception in advance.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Card payment surcharges apply in line with RBA guidelines: EFTPOS (cheque/savings) no fee; Visa / Mastercard (credit & debit) 1.95%; American Express 3.95%.
- Cancellation, amendment and deposit terms vary by rate type and are advised at the time of booking and shown on your booking confirmation. To amend or cancel a reservation, please contact reception on +61 2 6882 0900 or bookings@patriciacoffee.mom.
- Bluegum Dubbo is a strictly non-smoking property. Cleaning fees apply for smoking in rooms or other breaches of house rules, and guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay.
- Complimentary undercover parking is available to guests subject to availability; on-site EV charging is available (charging fees apply).
Restrictions and limitations of liability
- Any representation, warranty, condition, guarantee or undertaking that would be implied in these terms by legislation, common law, equity, trade, custom or usage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Subject to the remainder of this section, we do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, reliability or completeness of the information and materials on this website and expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law being Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Bluegum Dubbo for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at Bluegum Dubbo option, to:
- (a) goods: (i) replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods; (ii) repair of the goods; (iii) payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or (iv) payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
- (b) services: (i) supplying the services again; or (ii) payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
- We will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or anticipated profits, economic loss, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation or loss of revenue (irrespective of whether the loss or damage is caused by or relates to breach of contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise) arising in connection with this website.
- The maximum aggregate liability of Bluegum Dubbo for all proven losses, damages and claims arising out of or in connection with our websites, these terms or a supply under these terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, is limited to the sum of $100.
- This website may be linked to other sites that are not maintained by Bluegum Dubbo. We are not responsible for the content of those sites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement, support or sponsorship by Bluegum Dubbo of those sites, nor the information and material contained on those sites.
