What if both chargers are in use?
Let reception know on arrival and we'll coordinate. Charging is allocated on a fair-share basis — if both chargers are busy, we'll work out a rotation so every EV guest gets a useful charge during their stay.
How do I book a charging spot?
You don't need to pre-book the chargers themselves. Tell us at booking that you're arriving in an EV so we can plan the parking allocation, and let reception know your departure time so we can sequence the charge if both chargers are busy.
What EVs are the chargers compatible with?
The chargers are Tesla connectors. Non-Tesla EVs may need an adapter — check what came with your vehicle. If you're not a Tesla owner and need to plan a charge, contact us before booking and we'll talk through the options.
Where else can I charge in Dubbo?
Public chargers exist around Dubbo for stops mid-day; check apps like PlugShare and the NRMA EV map. For overnight charging the value of staying with us is that you wake up topped up rather than camping at a charger for an hour.
Is there free parking even if I'm not using the chargers?
Yes — free, off-street, undercover, CCTV-monitored parking on site for all guests. The EV chargers are an extra service, not a parking access fee.
